Bagua Qigong and Meditation seminar Paris March 29th
In the hectic speed of Paris it’s good to have a way to slow down, tune in and achieve a sense of stillness. It’s good for your health, creativity and emotional balance.
On Sunday 29th I will be teaching some of the meditation and qigong exercises of Bagua. These have their roots in Daoist practises, many of which were influential on the development of Chan (Zen) Buddhism.
The practises have an important physical component, and help build a sense of comfort in the body as well as peace of mind. They also provide a valuable complement to the martial practises of the art, improving quality of motion, speed of perception and sensitivity.
During the afternoon we will draw parrallels with the practises, and their application to improve the quality of day to day life.
The seminar will take place at Espace Nataraja, 12 rue Hippolyte-Lebas, 75009 Paris, metro Notre dame de Lorette, on Sunday 29th March from 15H-18H, and costs €35.
There is a maximum of 12 places for this seminar, so reserve in advance.
