Free fitness circuit and martial arts exchange Saturday September 12th
Here’s the plan – One hour of hard sweaty circuit training (if you’re not in shape you can take it at your own pace) to build anaerobic/aerobic fitness endurance, tone and agility. I will start this at 15H00, in our usual place on top of the hill in the Buttes Chaumont. Wear clothes you are willing to get dirty in.
Then after a little break we can have a technique exchange. Bring a favourite martial arts technique, exercise or drill to share. Choose something suitable for people of different skill levels that we can have fun with for 15 minutes or so. Let me know in advance if there is something that you’d like to do. If you are not sure then you can ask me. I will be there until about 17H30, but you can stay and keep training long after I’m gone.
If you do not have anything that you’d like to share then follow along.
You are welcome to do one or both parts of the session.
I need some of you who have martial arts experience (that includes boxing and wrestling as well as Asian styles) to take part in this to make it work…so please remember your enthusiasm and join in.
Remember leave you egos at the gate of the park – this is about fun and learning rather than demonstrating skill or superiority
