Bagua seminars Paris March 1st and Glasgow Feb 20-22
I will be teaching Bagua in Glasgow on the weekend of Feb 21-22nd. We will cover the most important principles of circular motion for strategy, application and power generation as well as the first linked linear set of the Gao system.

The following weekend in Paris we will focus on the use of the mind to develop balance, alignment and power. We will then apply this in partner work.

The Paris Bagua seminar went well yesterday, and though I was a little optimistic with the amount that I thought we would cover we still managed to go through a lot of material while having the time to go into some detail with a few of them.
