Combat Conditioning

Park training sessions
Regular weekend training in the Parc des Buttes Chaumonts, probably the most beautiful park in Paris. Check the calendar for dates and time, and see where we meet on the map. Sessions cost €15 and start with a fitness circuit, and continue with internal martial arts exercises. Shelter is available in case of rain.
Whole Body Communication
The words that we use are only a small amount of how we communicate. Martial arts contain many methods that as a side effect develop presence, sensitivity and charisma as well as other valuable qualities. We use this knowledge deliberately to help you with presentations and (social) confrontations.
