Martial Meditation
Taijiquan, Baguazhang and Xingyiquan include meditation and breathing methods that compliment the other (sometimes violent) aspects of training.
These are not only designed to quieten the mind, but also to integrate body awareness, and develop the health of the body. These areas are complimentary - concentration on movement and breath quietens the mind, which allows greater sensitivity to the body, which in turn aids relaxation and results in a sense of spaciousness, ease and vitality.
You will learn a variety of methods that you will be able to use to deepen your sense of peace, develop your physical and emotional sensitivity while at the same time keeping you grounded and present.
