Women’s boxing and fitness sessions
An intense hour that will include:
- warmups
- a fitness circuit
- Stretching and body conditioning
- padwork and striking skills
- distance, and angle games
- meditative warm down
The emphasis will be body toning, burning exercise, and it is based on traditional martial principles.
You will not punch each other in the face, but you will learn a little about how to hit, and how to defend yourself.
Women only…except me.
Bring boxing gloves if you have any
Wear long sleeves – or be prepared to exfoliate your elbows
Be prepared to sweat
Friends and family welcome
