Thanks for the training yesterday. Feeling a bit stiff today with a couple of bruises but “c’est les risques du métier” - definately worth while.

Hi Ed,
Great video…..looks like a good turnout just glancing at folks in the background. Luo looks fantastic in motion. Unfortunately I can’t make either Manchester OR London as I’m away to Vietnam next weekend, which, as great as it is, is a real shame for my bagua learning! I missed your last seminar in Glasgow too because I had other stuff on which was too bad. Next time, I hope.
