Our emotions and the way we think are intimately bound up tied to the state and the use of our bodies.
As an NLP trainer and coach I often see how physical challenges are tied up with beliefs about food, exercise and self concept. As a martial artist I see how emotional reactions and mental habits are connected to posture, tension and body use.
Much coaching only focuses on one side of this equation. Life coaches help to clarify the thinking key to achieving life goals, and personal trainers tell you what to do with your body to achieve fitness goals.
To help my clients most effectively I bring both sets of skills to efficiently create and achieve goals in a way that maximises the value you receive for the time you invest. The aim of this coaching is to help you to become autonomous and self directed as quickly as possible through a discrete series of sessions.
